Crawfish Boil

I'm a weekend behind. We have been really busy lately. Between work, school, tball, dance, soccer, weekend activities and everyday life, I can't seem to stay caught up n anything. My house is always a mess, there is always laundry that needs to be folded or homework that needs to be done. Oh well, I guess. Just know that my OCD tendencies have gone out the window.

Last weekend we went to Ryan's families craw fish boil in Louisiana. We always have a great time when we go. It was suppose to storm but thankfully it didn't. It wasn't a pretty day but it didn't rain either, so we will count that as a win!

These pictures are so out of order and I'm to lazy to fix them but on Saturday after the craw fish boil we all headed to Bass Pro Shop. One of Ryan's cousins needed to pick up her boat from being serviced so we just made it a family event. Then we stayed the night in New Orleans and went to the Aquarium and just hung out in the French Quarter on Sunday.

Sunday in NOLA
So I bought this Columbia rain jacket from Bass Pro a few weeks ago and wore it Saturday and everyone loved it. It's super lightweight which makes it perfect for the rainy hot days we have. It'll also com in handy on the boat. Well everyone loved it so much that they literally all bought one when we went Saturday night! I'm on the cutting edge of fashion :)

The only thing I'm going to miss about cold weather is this sweatshirt. I LOVE IT!

Universal Studios

I've already pretty much written about our trip but I wanted to post the pictures so I would have them saved on here.
Friday night we went to Downtown Disney and it was a lot of fun but really crowded. We ate at the T-Rex restaurant and it was a big hit with Tan Man.

I know this looks like a statue, but it wasn't. It was an actual person that moved. Ryan loved it, I think more than the kids did!!

Mom is 50!!

My Mom is officially a half a century old. She has had a hard time turning 50 but I think she doesn't look a day older than 25! :)

Her birthday was Friday and she had a fun day. Tammy came in town and we met up with her that afternoon and went shopping and to dinner. It was fun to just hang out with the 2 of them.

Saturday we had her party. First I want to say thank you so much to everyone who helped with the party. It wouldn't have been possible without my family!! THAN YOU!!!!

We did a Shabby Chic theme and here are all the pictures. I'm not going to comment on each one but I think everything turned out great!

Tammy and I got her a coach purse. She was excited about it!

I am going to comment on little Ryan's tan line...well I have no comment just know that it is bad.

Happy Birthday to the best Mom of all time!! I love you so much!!!!
